Ed Ferguson joined Reagan Consulting in 2024 as a Senior Associate of the firm and brings two years of client service experience. Ed primarily works with clients on mergers & acquisitions with a focus on financial due diligence.

Prior to joining Reagan, Ed spent two years with Deloitte in the Audit practice, providing assurance services to clients primarily in the transportation and financial services industries.

Ed attended the University of Georgia, where he obtained a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Terry College of Business. Ed was also a member of the University of Georgia football team for two years before retiring due to injury.
